Shannan, you hit the nail on the head! I couldn't agree more. Jill is insuferable this season and the combination of her and the Countess sends me over the edge. They are so pushy and self-centered. Truth be told, I'm not really a loving Bethenny so much this season either. Surprisingly, Alex is my favorite this year. Seriously, who would have thunk!?
First of all, Luann is annoying because she's become Jill's guard dog. She runs over to anyone who upsets Jill and says the same crap over and over. "You really shouldn't have done that. You upset her!"
Then, Jill runs away. She either hides in the closet or flees the premises. Am I supposed to buy a book on ADVICE from a woman who can't handle the conflict she created? She says no to EVERY person who apologizes until she drives them away. Then she has regrets.
Her mom seems wise, but Jill didn't get the gene. The daughters seem to bicker and fight for Jill's mom's attention. I like Jill's mom, but man, both her daughters seem a little immature (a lot in Jill's case)
What's up w/ the fake well wishes for Bethanny, anyway? Send a card, quit trying to the public to think you're nice. Totally transparent. Man do I love these shows!!! So much fodder.
I have to disagree about Jill's mom: She's a big nothing. I have not heard one thing out of her mouth I would call "wise" with a straight face. It all sounds Hallmark-y. And stop with all the plastic surgery, Gloria: You're a plain, elderly woman. No one is going to look at you (or your homely daughters) and pop a boner. Quit dreaming.
Baby girl Bryn Hoppy arrived nearly one month earlier than expected, but the reality mogul's rep says all is well with the happy little family: "Bethenny and Jason are proud to welcome their new baby girl...born at 8 a.m. . . . in New York City. She is a 4 lb. 12 oz., healthy baby. Bryn, mom, dad and [their dog] Cookie are all very happy."
Who cares. Good luck to the baby with that crazily self-involved mom.
Jill has behaved badly but she's not the devil IMO. Though truthfully, I don't give a fuck about any of these. Last 2 epis make me hate Alex McCord WAY more...and I'm also a Brooklyner.
Now that Bethenny has had her baby will her jaw go back to normal along with her belly? Seriously has anyone else noticed that since pregnant her jaw looks even more pronounced like she has the mumps or something....I especially noticed when she was on "Watch What Happens".
Anon I said the same thing! Thank God she had the baby early! Her nose was beginning to look like Michael Jackson's the last time she was on, "Watch What Happens!" She wasn't going to be able to breath by the time June rolled around! Come on who didn't know she was having a girl? The old wives' tale says that a baby girl takes away the beauty from the Mother. And in her case it was TRUE TO FORM! It was getting BAD!
My favorite part of the last episode was at Jennifer's apartment. Ramonacoaster got there and Jill immediately jumped down her throat, literally screaming at her. Then Alex arrives and although she's not speaking in hushed tones, she's definitely not screaming, and Jill apologizes to Jennifer for Alex doing this at her party. Another thing that has surprised me this year was the amount of bashing done by Simon. His twitter and blog are full of Jill bashing. I'm not saying I'm not amused by it, but it was surprising.
What's Bethany supposed to do about her damn jaw? Catty for the sake of being catty puts you in the same catagory they're in. Not a cool place to be. I can see talking about appearance or personality faults you can change. But making fun of someone's nose and jaw? What are you, 12?
Not that I'm a huge Bethany fan, but compared to the rest of them she looks better every week. I live for watching Luann make a fool out of herself week after week. Does anyone know if she actually has money?
I predict a whole new "Jill" next season. She's a bitch, not a fool. I bet she's interviewing publicists as we speak.
