Life after Simon (the gay one)

Gatecrasher is reporting that Alex and Simon have not been invited back for Season 4 (not the upcoming season, but the next one) of Real Housewives of New York City.  " 'Viewers don't have a positive reaction to them, so they're easily replaceable at this point,' an insider said....."

What the f?  I thought that unlikability was a main factor in being retained.

I have to say, I'm majorly disappointed.  Watching these two posture and primp has been one of the best parts of this show.  What do you think happened?

Whenever I think of Alex (admittedly not often), all I can think of is her, "it is a five minute town car ride" comment (wtf? Why couldn't she just say car?) And how she is constantly making that face. That 'We're so hip and cool and funny and above you all that I snickering at it all, but am too cool to laugh, so I'll just look like I'm choking on a mouthfull of BRIE cheese" face.
Also now whenever I think of Simon, besides randomly yelling POP GOES THE WEASEL, I will think of Ramona and her boobs making that face. A face I do not have words to describe.

Bravo is surely aware of this rumor. Why is Andy Cohen not putting out an official denial?

LMAO at Chateau de Lu!! Too funny! I actually love these two and their antics! I would rather them off the Countess! She's a major snooze!
